"It was an ordeal to work with them to say the least! The landscapers never showed up on time on the scheduled days and on some occasions, they completely skipped and rescheduled on another day. On one occasion, they seemingly completely forgot about it and only after I texted them, they rescheduled to another day. On another occasion, the landscaper was sent to a wrong address, and this happened after several services! When I ended their services, they charged me for 3 service days even though they only performed service on 2 days since the last payment. When I figured this out, they mentioned that they charged me extra because of the customer service and because they had to respond to my text messages letting me know about when the landscaper would arrive! This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! They never receive calls, and they are charging me extra because they are having to let me know about the time of service through text messages! If there was an option of giving them zero starts, I would have probably done that. My opinion: stay miles away from them!"
